Pin up to three buttons inside the chat header that jump visitors straight to a page on your site.
Open your agent, then go to Quick links under Features →
What they look like
Visitors reach them from the three-dots menu in the chat header, "Pricing", "Docs", "Contact sales", whatever you configure. Click one and a new tab opens at the URL you set.
Configure
- Toggle Quick links on.
- Enter a label (up to 100 characters, though short labels read best) and a URL for each row.
- Toggle individual rows on / off without deleting them, useful for seasonal links.
- Save. The change is live the next time a visitor opens the widget.
On every plan. Quick links are included on Free, Starter, Advanced and Pro. Nothing here is locked and nothing prompts an upgrade.
